Implemented a 1-minute alert delay buffer to filter out temporary/transient connection blips. Grouped multiple simultaneous outages/recoveries into a single comprehensive notification (Email, Telegram, SMS, Signal, Push) to avoid alert storms. Added single smart voice call alerts.

Created an Incident History view with Excel export (SheetJS), batch notes editing, and technical-update flagging. Designed a detailed Notification History audit tab tracing all alert channel dispatch records (Sent/Failed states).
